Our candles are handmade and poured in small batches. Imperfections and slight color variation may be present however we embrace these as unique characteristics of each piece. Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-3 business days to be fully processed & you will receive a notification (email or SMS) once your order has been shipped. Lost and stolen parcels
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcel. Please file a complaint with the parcel service.
We do not issue replacements/refunds on items that have been marked as 'delivered' by postal services or are unclaimed pickup. If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it. Please contact USPS immediately + file a claim.
